人件費のアップに弱い業種はどんな業種でしょか。

　7－8％程度の人件費アップで、経常利益が赤字に転落する業種は、飲食業と美容業です。情報サービスでも10％強、旅館ホテルや、小売業全体では12％、食品スーパーに絞れば15％の人件費アップで赤字です。建設業は13％で赤字転落です。労働集約的な業種ほど、赤字になりやすくなっているのがわかります。

　比較的、人件費アップに耐えられる業種はどうでしょう。

　20％人件費がアップしても、まだ経常利益が黒字の業種は、不動産業と卸売業です。それ以外の業種は20％の人件費アップ率では赤字に転落です。製造業は18％強のアップで、全産業すなわち中小企業全体では、人件費アップ率が15％を超えれば、経常利益がなくなることがわかります。
