橋下もそれぐらいわかっているだろ。

結局最大の問題は医者の診断書が絶対的な扱いである事。
診断書をお金払って適当に書いてもらえば、それがまかり通る。
つまり医者がそれだけ腐ってるわけだが»1のニュースを見ても、
市役所職員への反感に繋がっても、医者が腐ってると誰も思いが至らないｗ
